How do I assign more than one property to one user?

For owners that have multiple properties, you’ll need to have the owner setup once as a user and then attach that user to each property.  A single user can have multiple properties associated with their profile.  In order to attach the user to the property, go to the Property Details page and click add owner or change owner and then search for the user in the window.  Repeat as necessary for all properties.

 

You can confirm the properties that are attached to the owner by navigating to their user page.  In the section for Properties Owned, you’ll see multiple properties listed.

 

What is the red ! mark mean when it appears beside a user or property?

 

That red ! mark notes that there are admin notes on the user or property

By removing the note, it will remove that alert.

Currently there is no history of the notes being stored.

 

How to Change a Membership Assigned to a Property

 

  • Locate the property in Manage > Properties or with the search function.
  • Unpublish property and go to Edit.

  • Scroll down to Membership Plan drop down menu and select the correct membership. Note: only published memberships will appear here.

 

  • Scroll to the bottom of the page and Update Property.

 

  • Publish property (on step #5 - Add Waiver page by clicking "Save and Publish" or on the details page by clicking the publish icon).
