What is the best way to setup Birthday Parties for registration online?

By creating a product and in the questions, list the possible dates/times of party availability

 

Point of Sale Settings

Go to Manage–>Organization–>Point of Sale Settings

Here you can configure the settings for items that you have available for sale (ex. day pass, merchandise, fundraising item, etc.).

 

How Do I Make a Document Available For Purchase?

To make a document available for purchase, the admin must upload a document to an existing product.

 

To do this:

  • Add a new product in Manage>Products or use the search bar to locate the existing product.

 

  • On the product details page, use the Documents section to upload and then add the document to the product: The document must be a PDF and must be less than 10MB.  Document file names must be unique. Multiple documents can be added and will be displayed in the Documents Area. 
  • The end user or an admin impersonating the user can add the product to the cart and complete the cart process/payment.  Upon completion, the documents can be downloaded
  • The admin and the user also have the ability to view the documents by navigating to the user profile–>Documents to view/download the documents.  Only the admin has the ability to delete documents from the profile of a user.
  • Any documents removed from the product will NOT be removed from the user profile.
