Create a Facility
Manage>Facilities
This screen will allow you to add, edit, clone and publish facilities.
Click the Daily Calendar button to view bookings for the day.
You can then select the option to view by day, week or month.
Click Add New Facility to enter a new facility’s information.
There are 6 steps to build a facility.
- Setup the Facility name with details
- Add a new tiered price if necessary.
- Add questions if necessary.
- Add a blackout schedule(s) to the facility. Additional blackout schedules can be added at any time to any facility. Enter the date(s), time(s) and reasons why the facility date cannot be schedule in a blackout schedule.
This will ensure that no bookings can happen on that date(s) for this facility.
- Add Restrictions if necessary.
- Enter Waiver text.
Click to Save or Save & Publish to make the Facility available for bookings.
