Flat Rates

In order to add a flat rate to a facility, it must first be setup as a tiered price:

·        Enter the name, amount, check the box for flat rate and the date(s)/time(s) the flat rate is in effect: 

·        Then, when you are taking the booking, the flat rate fee will automatically come into effect if you are booking that time period. 

·        Please note, if the user qualifies for a cheaper tiered pricing, the lower amount will always be what is displayed on the invoice.

·        The system will not allow you to double book a timeslot in the same facility so if you are taking 4 different bookings for the same facility at the same time, you’ll need to clone that facility 3 times (Booking 1, Booking 2, Booking 3 and Booking 4).  If you keep the colours of all these facilities the same (or a slight variation) then they’ll appear nicely on your daily calendar.
