How do I delete a cloned hall?
We cannot delete resources but you can archive them as long as they are unpublished.
To do this, use the search bar to locate the item and then click on the item title:
On the resource details page, unpublish the item (if not already unpublished) and scroll to the bottom of the page. Click the Archive button
My monthly calendar shows that everything is booked, it looks like we have no space in any programs, how do we fix this?
When I view the monthly calendar, it shows that everything is booked, so as a parent, if I see this, it is telling me that there are no spaces left in any programs.
What the Monthly Calendar is used for: The calendar is used for facility booking, and should not be viewed to see what programs are available. Your members should be clicking on view – programs, not view – facilities.
The solution: It looks like you must have assigned one facility room to a program – and now you can no longer assign another program under the same facility under the same time slot.
For any programs that you are setting up – such as regular gymnastics programs, camps, etc. that share the facility, you do not need to assign a facility, as your schedule that you are entering already takes into account the space that is available.
For birthday parties, birthday party rooms, conference rooms, etc. that you do not allow a double booking, this is when you would assign the item to a facility.
