Membership Card FAQs
In order to have a Membership card, a passcode is needed. It is defined in the user profile.
Once this passcode is updated and related to the user, the Print Membership card button will show up in the lower section of the user's profile.
Membership Card FAQs
1. Can Central’s Membership Cards look the same as our current cards?
The current card layout is the standard membership card design for Central.
Ivrnet can certainly attempt to format the card do be as close to your original card design.
To request changes to the format and layout of the membership card, please forward your request to help@ivrnet.com and include a scanned image of your current card. Development fees may be assessed for this work.
2. Can we print a two sided membership card?
This is not a current functionality available in Central.
If you would like to request this enhancement to the current features, please send an email to help@ivrnet.com and a quote can be provided for this development work.
3. Why aren’t there any options in the Membership Plan drop down menu?
Only those who have active memberships will be able to have a card printed for them
Active memberships will only appear once they have been paid for
Entourage/Family members only inherit active memberships; expired and/or suspended memberships do not appear on their profiles
4. How do I connect my card printer to Central?
After you click print, Central will access your installed printers and you can select the correct printer to print the membership card.
5. The membership card prints in the wrong direction (portrait or landscape). How do I fix this?
After you click print and select the correct printer to print the membership card, your printer dialogue box should allow you to change the layout of the printed card. Select either portrait or landscape to reorient the image.
6. There is a color option, but I don’t have any colors that I can choose. How do I add color to our membership cards?
Colors can be added as optional banners that can be printed on the card
Send an email to help@ivrnet.com requesting that banner color options be added to your membership cards. You can request up to 3 different color options. It is helpful to provide the HEX color codes for the colors you would like.
When an admin needs to print a membership card, the admin should search for the user, impersonate, and click on their profile. Scroll down to the Passcode section and click “Print Membership Card.
The admin will see a pop up window with a preview of the membership card.
Select the Membership Plan that this membership card is for. Add the Role Name/Card Type that is associated with the membership (optional). And, select the banner color or leave blank (if you wish to add colors to the membership cards, contact help@ivrnet.com. It would be helpful to know the color hex for any colors to be added).
Select Preview to see a mockup of the card and select Print to print the card. Selecting Cancel will navigate away from the Print Membership Card screen.
