Manage User’s Entourage/Family
To manage a user’s entourage, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to a User Profile and select “View Entourage”/”View Family”
2. Here you will see who is in this user’s entourage/family and a bit further down, you will see whose entourage/family this user belongs to.
3. You can manage the relationship between the entourage/family member and the entourage/family owner
4. You can select whether or not to include an entourage/family member as an invoice recipient
5. You can extend memberships to entourage/family members and/or remove an entourage/family member from the entourage.
6. You can also create new users from the entourage/family menu by clicking “Create User”
7. You can also add existing users to an entourage/family by selecting “Add existing user” and searching by an email (Online User) or by their name (Offline User)
When an online user is added to another user’s entourage, the user’s status will show up as “unconfirmed user” in the original user’s entourage screen:
Whenever an online user is added to an entourage or family by someone else, they will be sent an alert and given the option to confirm/accept or deny/cancel that action. The user will now be able to login to their account, go to their profile and entourage, where they can either accept or reject the entourage.
- Administrators can accept or delete this entourage/family addition on behalf of the user by impersonating the user. Click on profile, and click on entourage/family. This will show the members of the entourage/family and gives an option to accept or reject the entourage on the user’s behalf.
