NORTHSTAR RESIDENTS ASSOCIATION REFUND POLICY For any program that has not started, a $25 administration fee is charged per program, per participant, and the remaining balance is refunded. As we rely on registration numbers to determine if a program will run, withdrawals may not be made less than 7 business days prior to the start of the class unless a doctor’s note is provided. Once a program has started, any withdrawal requests must be accompanied by a doctor’s note. There will be a $25 administration fee and the refund amount will be prorated. The remaining amount will be refunded. Absolutely no refunds will be issued for any program that is underway if a doctor’s note is not provided. Summer Day Camp Refund Policy The Summer Day Camp program requires a different refund policy due to the high volume of members wanting to register. The policy will only permit refunds up to June 1 without a doctor’s note. All Summer Day Camp refund requests after June 1 each year will require a doctor’s note. Also, the administration fee for ALL Summer Day Camp refund requests (with or without a doctor’s note) is $25.00 per child, per week registered (ex. 2 children in two weeks of camps = $25.00 X 2 children X 2 weeks = $100.00 total charge). There are absolutely NO exceptions. If a child has already attended a portion of a summer camp then the refund will be prorated. Please ensure you only register your child(ren) in the weeks you know you will be available to attend so as to not take a spot away from another member wanting to register. Facility Rental Refund Policy A $50.00 non-refundable reservation deposit is required for all facility rental bookings. This deposit will be kept in the event of rental cancellation. MANAGEMENT HAS THE FINAL DECISION IN ALL REFUND REQUESTS.
