Kings Heights Residents,
Many of you have reached out to Melcor with questions on when the HOA fee notices will be sent out and payments due.

The Kings Heights HOA is currently transitioning from Melcor to Astoria Asset Management for HOA management & administration services. This transition process is delaying our ability to mail out the 2022 HOA budget, fee letters and payment instructions. The HOA fee’s will continue to be set at $80 + GST annually for the 2022 budget year. Residents will be provided with ample time to remit payment once the letters mailed.

We apologize for the delay in communication as we have also had to transition email services which delayed our ability to send an update.
