Welcome to our Sportball Mashup Camp! We want to end summer with a bang so we decided to create a camps that combines all of our camps in one! Our Sportbllers will have Elements of our Epic Camp, Einstein’s camp, Geek Week and even our Just Imagine camps all in one glorious week. Nerf Gun Wars, Wand making, Crazy Science Experiments, Visits from Special Guests… this camp has it all! Sign up today and give your kids an end to summer they will never forget.

Parent & Child programs teach children important introductory physical skills and help them develop confidence in their abilities. The program also helps adults understand proven teaching techniques that can be applied outside of Sportball classes. Classes focus on refining, rehearsing, and repeating skills and playing games in a fun, creative, and non‐competitive environment. Classes are conducted once a week in 45‐minute sessions – just the right length of time for active little minds and bodies. This class is appropriate for all levels!

Learn to Skate Class C (Ages 5-10 ) Winter 2026 Mondays (Outdoors)No full spots available
This is a fun introductory class for children with limited to no skating experience. It is designed to help little ones become comfortable on the ice. Participants will learn basic skating skills through fun and age appropriate drills, games and activities.
**Participants should dress according to weather. Snow pants, winter gloves and jackets are recommended. CSA approved hockey helmets or a winter sport helmet is mandatory for all participants. The program will cancel at -25 degrees Celsius with the wind chill . Participants will be notified of make up classes .
Parents are required to stay rink side during the program .

Triple Fun 3-5 Yrs Session 1 Winter 2026 (Indoors)2 spots available
Students are introduced to three aspects of performing arts: singing, acting and dancing in a playful environment. They will learn simple songs and use popular stories with a hint of their own imagination to create mini-musical plays weekly. Costumes are also provided for dress up fun! Sportball Multi-Sport skills development programs introduce preschool and primary school children to the concepts and skills involved in the core sports of the Sportball methodology. Classes are conducted once a week in one-hour sessions, using developmentally appropriate methods to introduce, practice, and refine gross motor skills. The programs reinforce the benefits of teamwork and skills development rather than the importance of winning, which enables children to gain confidence and develop the social skills necessary to succeed in sport and life. This class is appropriate for all levels!

Kyokushin Karate (ADULT/Advanced Youth) Winter 2026 Wednesdays (Indoors)8 spots available
When followed truthfully and from the heart, Karate can become a lifestyle, which positively affects everything around us. You'll see an increase in self-confidence, coordination, ability to focus, general awareness, moderation, respect for others, and more appreciation for world values. Beginners simply learn, while the advanced polish their skills. Students need to purchase their uniforms online or from the instructor for about $50, but a uniform is not required to start. Personal protective equipment (helmet, shin protectors, and gloves) costs about $120 and is required starting with the second term. Occasionally, there might be additional costs for other equipment, belt gradings, or participation in related events (T-shirts, tournaments, inviting an advanced instructor, camps, etc). As applicable, students/parents must check with their doctor or medical clinic if medical conditions would prevent moderate to intense physical activities prior to attending classes and if allowed to participate, the instructor needs to be informed about any such medical conditions. Sound Healing with Isabel Fry Monday June 29 (Spring 2026)20 spots available
Join us for a magical experience of relaxing into the ancient healing of the power of sacred sound waves cleansing and replenishing every nerve and cell within.
We will open our heart with a cup of sacred cacao, energetically, cacao is a powerful plant medicine that allows us to see and experience life from the frequency of the heart. If there is something just underneath the surface, cacao may open your ability to access it.
After drinking cacao, we will drop into a Sound Bath. Separately, cacao and sound are incredibly healing medicines. Together, they co-create deeply somatic insights and experiences that heal on all levels -- physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.
A variety of Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls, Rain sticks, Tibetan Singing bowls, Chimes and more healing instruments will be used.
The Cacao used in the ceremony is allergens safe.
The session is 1 hour. Long

Passionate about Yoga & Wellness, Isabel Fry, a certified Yoga & Meditation Teacher as well as Reiki healer, started her Company Breathe Retreats in 2016. It was created out of a realization that there was a need for a safe space for people to be themselves, to accept and love themselves, as well as to support and help each other grow and thrive.
Creating this safe space for everyone and encouraging them to be their most authentic selves has become Isabel’s mission and passion.
Along with Retreats and Corporate Retreats, she has developed a Healing Circles to continue to support and nurture her clients.
Isabel believes in holding space for people to rediscover the light that shines brightly within them, and that with love and kindness, all can be conquered.
