In this class, we practice joint movements, Yoga poses, breathing techniques, sound-based practices and relaxation techniques to bring harmony and balance.
The practices are done either sitting or standing with the help of the chair. It is a good class for those who can't get down to the floor due to some limitations. 
 
Please bring: a water bottle and an open mind with you to the class.

 Welcome to our Sportball Mashup week! When you can't decide your favourite camp, why not combine them all for one Sportacular week?? This spring, our Sportballers will experience a camp that has elements of our Geek Week, Epic, Einstein's Athletes, and even our Just Imagine camps all in one glorious week. Special activities include anything from Nerf wars, wand making, science experiments, to even special visits from guest characters. This is all in addition to learning 2 new sports each day that week! Although our plans are based around physical literacy and motor development, we prioritize fun, smiles and core memories in addition to being active here at Sportball Spring Mashup camp! 

Camp hours for the full day are 9:00 am -4:00 pm.

Extended care is included before camp 8:30 am -9:00 am and after camp 4:00 pm -4:30 pm

This is a strength building program that will also include some HIIT and Pilates. It covers all aspects of physical wellbeing by working on building and toning muscle, improving cardiovascular endurance, while also working on core, mind-muscle connection and unilateral movements to target muscles and balance the body. It is the best of all worlds! This program is welcome to all fitness levels and will also provide options to turn it up and tone it down. My intention and hope is that you leave feeling recharged, peaceful and empowered! 

Equipment needed: A mat, water bottle and shoes,
