This yoga class is intended for all experience levels and body types, even first-timers. your registration includes a 60 min Slow Flow Yoga class followed by one refreshing mimosa.

Focusing on storytelling, imagination and play this class will teach ballet basics with an emphasis on fun and creativity. Technique, play, performance and expression mingle together perfectly to create a positive and energetic learning environment. Please dress in something you can move in. When followed truthfully and from the heart, Karate can become a lifestyle, which positively affects everything around us. You'll see an increase in self-confidence, coordination, ability to focus, general awareness, moderation, respect for others, and more appreciation for world values. Beginners simply learn, while the advanced polish their skills. Students need to purchase their uniforms online or from the instructor for about $50, but a uniform is not required to start. Personal protective equipment (helmet, shin protectors, and gloves) costs about $120 and is required starting with the second term. Occasionally, there might be additional costs for other equipment, belt gradings, or participation in related events (T-shirts, tournaments, inviting an advanced instructor, camps, etc). As applicable, students/parents must check with their doctor or medical clinic if medical conditions would prevent moderate to intense physical activities prior to attending classes and if allowed to participate, the instructor needs to be informed about any such medical conditions.
