Mat Pilates is a type of mind-body exercise that promotes not only strength, tone, and
flexibility, but also improves your posture and reduces stress. The mat Pilates method aims to strengthen your core or "Powerhouse", lengthen the spine, build muscle tone, and increase body awareness. Following the six principles of control, breath, flow, precision, centering, and stability will help you gain all of these benefits while maintaining your body safely. The mat Pilates exercises are based on the resistance provided by your body's weight and gravity, and the workout is performed on the ground using an exercise mat. Once adding a mat Pilates workout to your routine and experience its benefits, it will provide the foundation for a lifetime of healthy habits.

Just Imagine Camp Wizarding World of Wonder 6-9 yr. Full Day
Join us for a week of creative, fun-filled Wizarding! Our Sportball team is teaming up with Just Imagine Works for a week of summer filled with magical fun and adventure. Starting with the Sorting hat to House Competitions all week long! Creating our perfect, personalized wands to sewing invisibility cloaks to using film and editing! Potions Class, Improv, Larping, Character Visits and so much more! Grab your closest Portkey and sing up today! Your child will develop their theatrical, creative, and artistic abilities at this Magical Week of Camp!
Tent Booking
The tent may be rented for private functions only. The tent may be used for activities that are not advertised, no fees charged and there is no intention to market or sell products or services.
$60.00 per hour
3 hour min. tent rental required
Please note:there will be no access to the park for guests after your tent rental booking time has expired.
Guest list is required 2 business days before your booking.
All rental charges must be paid in full at the time of booking. (30 Guests Max.)
There will be a $50.00 plus GST charge on all NSF cheques

Learn to SUP Level 2 (Sunday July 21) Summer 20246 spots available
LEVEL 2 - Master - Requires SUP Level 1 (or proof of Paddle Canada Basic SUP certification)
This is where the fun really begins. Builds on the knowledge and skills gained in Level 1 and adds stances, movement on the board, and more advanced paddle strokes. Recommended for those who wish to paddle longer distances, in rougher conditions or just want to show off. Learn about rescues and towing another SUP as well. Successful completion awards Paddle Canada “Advanced Flatwater SUP Skills” certification, which (after some practice) allows students to pursue additional training in whitewater, ocean touring and surfing skills courses.
All paddling and safety equipment is included. Come dressed in moisture-wicking, quick-drying clothes (merino wool and polyester work well, cotton does not). Paddling footwear recommended. Maximum 6 students.
