Practical Tools for a Calmer, Clearer Life

This beginner-friendly workshop is designed to demystify meditation and show you how simple, evidence-based practices can help you manage stress, boost focus, and improve your overall well-being—no experience required.

  • Insight into how meditation supports the nervous system, reduces anxiety, and improves emotional regulation
  • Easy techniques you can use anywhere—at work, at home, or on the go
  • A short, guided meditation session to experience it for yourself
  • Tips on how to build a practice that fits into real life (even if you’re busy)

You'll leave understanding why meditation works—and how to make it work for you

Ambassador

With over two decades of experience in Human Resources and leadership, Chantal
understands the pressure of high-performance environments—and what happens when we lose
alignment along the way. After years of helping others succeed, she found herself needing to
slow down, breathe, and reconnect. Through meditation and breathwork, Chantal rediscovered balance, clarity, and purpose. She is a Certified Breathwork and Meditation Facilitator through the Lifestyle Meditation & Breathwork Academy, founded by global mindfulness expert Mandy Trapp, and a Certified Workplace Health & Performance Ambassador through Wellness Works Canada.
Her sessions weave together principles of stress management, spiritual psychology, and neuroscience to help people restore calm, focus, and alignment—one breath at a time.
