If you have between 6-10 guests(non-members) you can book an Outdoor Booking which allows access to you and your guests into the park during the time alloted. (3:30 PM - 9:30 PM)
A guest list is required 2 business days before booking

All guests must be checked out before end of rental time.
There will be a charge of $50.00 per 15 minutes late on departure time, if not paid within 30 days your park access will be suspended.

Yomosa is the perfect start to your Saturday morning as you will refresh, revitalize, and set the intentions for the week. This yoga class is intended for all experience levels and body types, even first-timers. your registration includes a 60 min Slow Flow Yoga class followed by one refreshing mimosa.

Who is ready to play some basketball? Level Up Basketball camps provide an amazing opportunity for your child to grow their basketball skills. Our athletes will work on their handles, fine tune their jumper, power up their defence and learn how to be a team player. At Level Up we are intentional with making sure our athletes are taught the proper form so that their skills grow quickly and we give them great drills to take home to continue growing those skills. Most importantly we make the game fun give them the encouragement they need to spark a lifelong love for basketball.
REMINDER: The deadline to register for weekly summer camps is Thursday
at midnight the week before the camp starts.
You will want to pack your child a nut-free snack and a drink in a labelled bottle helps us ensure your child drinks from their own bottle. Please make sure they have sunscreen applied before they start their day, and send them with a labelled hat and sunscreen.

Our athletes will learn how to throw spiral, catch beautiful passes, run crips routes, become a lock down defender and even how to do some sweet touchdown dances. Each day we will teach new skills and play games that will elevate their game and increase their love for the beautiful game of flag football.
Equipment needed: water bottle, shoes, weather-appropriate attire.
Please arrive early enough to ensure that class can start on time.

LEVEL 1 - Learn - Introduction to Stand Up Paddleboarding. Recommended for people new to SUP and those who have never taken formal lessons. Learn essential paddling skills, safety skills and knowledge to get the most out of your time on a stand up paddleboard. We cover everything from how to hold a paddle to what to do if you fall off. Progress from kneeling to standing at your own pace while you learn the essential paddling strokes necessary to paddle in a straight line, turn, and stop. Finish the day with a smile and the confidence to safely hit the water on your own after the lesson. All paddling and safety equipment is included.
Come dressed in moisture wicking, quick drying clothes (merino wool and polyester work well, cotton does not). Paddling footwear recommended. Awards Paddle Canada “Basic SUP Skills” certification. Maximum 6 students.
