When followed truthfully and from the heart, Karate can become a lifestyle, which positively affects everything around us. You'll see an increase in self-confidence, coordination, ability to focus, general awareness, moderation, respect for others, and more appreciation for world values. Beginners simply learn, while the advanced polish their skills. Students need to purchase their uniforms online or from the instructor for about $50, but a uniform is not required to start. Personal protective equipment (helmet, shin protectors, and gloves) costs about $120 and is required starting with the second term. Occasionally, there might be additional costs for other equipment, belt gradings, or participation in related events (T-shirts, tournaments, inviting an advanced instructor, camps, etc). As applicable, students/parents must check with their doctor or medical clinic if medical conditions would prevent moderate to intense physical activities prior to attending classes and if allowed to participate, the instructor needs to be informed about any such medical conditions. Sportball Just the Game programs are perfect for kids 6 - 9 who want to play for the love of the game. Classes start off with warm-ups and quick skills refreshers before getting right into sport-specific gameplay. Coaches act as referees, teaching skills through league-style games and a few key drills. Each child will receive a Sportball soccer Jersey and a ball.

If you are interested in kayaking, but not sure where to start or what is the right boat for you, this is a great place to start. Get a chance to demo top branded boats from Delta, Wilderness Systems, and Dagger. The aim of this program is to make demo-ing new boats hassle-free and to get people out enjoying their local waterways. You will also get the chance to talk with AQ store staff and instructors to help get you set up and into the perfect kayak for you this season.

Sportball soccer programs are not competitive, skill-based and provide children with the opportunity to play soccer with the help of experienced coaches. This program focuses on the fundamental skills of soccer: throw–in, kicking, dribbling and goalie skills. Children are taught to apply soccer skills successfully and confidently in soccer games. Each child will receive a Sportball soccer jersey and a ball.

Children imagine that beanbags are pizzas and the targets, animal houses. They deliver pizza to the different animals by hitting the targets. These classes are a great way to get the kids to try a new sport and be out in the sun! Each child will receive a Sportball jersey & hat.

Parents are instructed on how to correctly assist their children in learning the fundamentals of soccer. Coaches teach in a fun and creative manner, with a focus on success and participation Grandparents and caregivers, are also welcome to bring children to the program. We recommend that the same adult attend the program each week. Each child will receive a Sportball Jersey and a ball.

Harmonized Strength HIIT Fall 2025 Wednesdays (Indoors)20 spots available
This is a strength building program that will also include some HIIT and Pilates. It covers all aspects of physical wellbeing by working on building and toning muscle, improving cardiovascular endurance, while also working on core, mind-muscle connection and unilateral movements to target muscles and balance the body. It is the best of all worlds! This program is welcome to all fitness levels and will also provide options to turn it up and tone it down. My intention and hope is that you leave feeling recharged, peaceful and empowered!
