The Summerside Residents Association invites you to join our community walking club. This program brings neighbours together in a fun, welcoming, and supportive environment while promoting healthy, active lifestyles. Open to all ages and fitness levels, our walks are a great way to connect, enjoy the outdoors, and strengthen our sense of community.
This registration is to be added to our contact list so you can receive updates about upcoming walks, cancellations, schedule changes, and other important information. Whether you’re walking for fitness, friendship, or fresh air, we look forward to having you join us.

July 27 - 31 Level Up Athletics (7-12 yrs) Football PM Camp Summer 202619 spots available
Who is ready to learn the amazing game of Flag Football? Level Up Football camps provide and amazing week football fundamentals and fun. Our athletes will learn how to throw spiral, catch beautiful passes, run crips routes, become a lock down defender and even how to do some sweet touchdown dances. Each day we will teach new skills and play games that will elevate their game and increase their love for the beautiful game of flag football.
REMINDER: The deadline to register for weekly summer camps is Thursday
at midnight the week before the camp starts.
You will want to pack your child a nut-free snack and a drink in a labelled bottle helps us ensure your child drinks from their own bottle. Please make sure they have sunscreen applied before they start their day, and send them with a labelled hat and sunscreen.

During this hands-on experience, children will learn basic painting techniques and experiment with different color combinations to bring their artistic ideas to life. From blending colors to practicing brush strokes, they’ll discover the joy of self-expression through art.
Supplies & Preparation
All necessary supplies are included, such as canvases, paints, and brushes, so young artists can focus entirely on having fun and being creative. Creativity can get a little messy, so we recommend wearing painting clothes to fully enjoy the experience without worrying about spills or splatters.

Mat Pilates is a type of mind-body exercise that promotes not only strength, tone, and
flexibility, but also improves your posture and reduces stress. The mat Pilates method aims to strengthen your core or "Powerhouse", lengthen the spine, build muscle tone, and increase body awareness. Following the six principles of control, breath, flow, precision, centering, and stability will help you gain all of these benefits while maintaining your body safely. The mat Pilates exercises are based on the resistance provided by your body's weight and gravity, and the workout is performed on the ground using an exercise mat. Once adding a mat Pilates workout to your routine and experience its benefits, it will provide the foundation for a lifetime of healthy habits.
