
This is a strength building program that will also include some HIIT and Pilates. It covers all aspects of physical wellbeing by working on building and toning muscle, improving cardiovascular endurance, while also working on core, mind-muscle connection and unilateral movements to target muscles and balance the body. It is the best of all worlds! This program is welcome to all fitness levels and will also provide options to turn it up and tone it down. My intention and hope is that you leave feeling recharged, peaceful and empowered!

Introduction to Awareness Techniques:
- Body Awareness - Focus on each part of the body (feeling the sensations in the body while focusing on each part)
- Mind Awareness - Watching the thoughts coming in  and through a fun exercise.
- Spirit Awareness - Through a fun exercise of energy flow awareness

Little Medical School – Wilderness Medicine
At the Wilderness Medicine School, students will be immersed in vital emergency care
in remote wilderness settings. Your little doctor will learn how to respond to emergency
situations in the wild such snake bites, hypothermia and more. They will also get to
practice how to tie a tourniquet and splint a broken leg. Students will also learn about
survival in the great outdoors in an emergency such as learning about water safety and
how to filter dirty water. These future emergency medics will also learn about
mosquitoes and diseases and how to protect themselves from mosquito bites and other
bugs. Students will have fun and use their creativity as they learn 20 ways to use a
bandana in emergencies.
