Sportball Epic Camp 6-9 yr. Full Day
Epic Camp is a partnership camp run by Sportball. This full-day camp is specifically for 6–9yr old Sportballers, and it’s going to be sweet! Sportballers will learn nine different sports throughout the week. Your Sportballer will be talking about Epic Time(hosted daily) for the rest of the summer, with water gun fights, sweet science experiments, amazing art challenges, dodgeball tournaments, Lego building, Nerf Gun challenges, and much more. This camp is so fun that kids won’t even realize that they’re also improving their sports skills!

Join Fit+Fierce® for the Spring Into Fierce workshop in Summerside, a 90-minute experience designed to empower girls aged 9-13 to feel strong, confident, and connected through a unique blend of fitness, mindset, and nutrition.

Explore the power of nutrition during an interactive session. Participants will enjoy a delicious, energizing snack while learning how food fuels both the brain and body.
Fun & Empowering Fitness
Engage in a fun, energizing workout tailored to all fitness levels. This session teaches proper form and movement patterns, helping girls build physical confidence in their bodies.
Mindset & Social Skills
Our dedicated mindset talk will cover essential topics such as navigating friendship challenges, setting healthy boundaries with themselves and others, letting go of comparison, and understanding the importance of supporting and uplifting other girls.
Confidence Collage Project
Conclude the workshop by creating a personalized Confidence Collage. This word and imagery project will reflect each participant's unique strengths, values, and goals, serving as a creative, confidence-boosting keepsake to remind them that being fierce means embracing their authentic self.
Parent & Child programs teach children important introductory physical skills and help them develop confidence in their abilities. The program also helps adults understand proven teaching techniques that can be applied outside of Sportball classes. Classes focus on refining, rehearsing, and repeating skills and playing games in a fun, creative, and non‐competitive environment. Classes are conducted once a week in 45‐minute sessions – just the right length of time for active little minds and bodies. This class is appropriate for all levels!

Who is ready to learn the amazing game of Flag Football? Level Up Football camps provide and amazing week football fundamentals and fun. Our athletes will learn how to throw spiral, catch beautiful passes, run crips routes, become a lock down defender and even how to do some sweet touchdown dances. Each day we will teach new skills and play games that will elevate their game and increase their love for the beautiful game of flag football.

You will want to pack your child a nut-free snack and a drink in a labelled bottle helps us ensure your child drinks from their own bottle. Please make sure they have sunscreen applied before they start their day, and send them with a labelled hat and sunscreen.

Little Medical School – Wilderness Medicine
At the Wilderness Medicine School, students will be immersed in vital emergency care
in remote wilderness settings. Your little doctor will learn how to respond to emergency
situations in the wild such snake bites, hypothermia and more. They will also get to
practice how to tie a tourniquet and splint a broken leg. Students will also learn about
survival in the great outdoors in an emergency such as learning about water safety and
how to filter dirty water. These future emergency medics will also learn about
mosquitoes and diseases and how to protect themselves from mosquito bites and other
bugs. Students will have fun and use their creativity as they learn 20 ways to use a
bandana in emergencies.
