Children can learn T-ball fundamentals in a supportive non-competitive setting. Our play-based approach uses creative coaching techniques to captivate imaginations and reduce performance anxiety. Children imagine that beanbags are pizzas and the targets, animal houses. They deliver pizza to the different animals by hitting the targets. These classes are a great way to get the kids to try a new sport and be out in the sun! Each child will receive a Sportball jersey & hat.
Equipment needed: water bottle, bug spray, weather-appropriate attire.

Join Natasha Frost for a one-hour workshop focused on core strength, posture, and pelvic floor health. This session combines education and movement, where you’ll learn what the pelvic floor is, the muscles involved, and why they are essential for strength and stability. We’ll also cover breathing techniques to enhance core engagement and function, followed by a guided core workout to build stability, mobility, and strength.
This workshop is perfect for postpartum moms, moms who have had C-sections, women going through menopause, desk workers, weightlifters, and anyone struggling with lower back pain, poor posture, core weakness, or instability.
Equipment Needed: Running shoes, a water bottle, and a mat.
