Bored of repetitive cardio workouts? Be bored no more with a fitness boot camp class! These group classes focus on both improving cardio and strength with a wide variety of exercises including push-ups, squats, burpees, and sprints. While these classes are high-intensity, these full body workout classes can easily be modified in order to suit any fitness level or accommodate most limitations or injuries. While the name may sound scary, we promise there will be no-one barking military-style orders - only encouragement to push yourself further than you would push yourself on your own!
Please bring a yoga mat or towel, a pair of medium weight dumbbells and water!
