Seasonal Outdoor Programs
Outdoor Booking Morning 9 Am - 3 Pm
Outdoor booking is $40.00 + GST.
If you have between 6-10 guests(non-members) you can book an Outdoor Booking which allows access to you and your guests into the park during the time alloted.
A guest list is required 2 business days before your booking
Advanced booking is permitted up to 2 months in advance (on same date).
No outdoor bookings during special events.
There will be a charge of $50.00 per 15 minutes late on departure time, if not paid within 30 days your park access will be suspended.
Outdoor Booking Evening 330 Pm-930 Pm

Sportball Soccer 3.5-5 years PM (Outdoors) Summer 202418 spots available
Sportball soccer programs are not competitive, skill-based and provide children with the opportunity to play soccer with the help of experienced coaches. This program focuses on the fundamental skills of soccer: throw–in, kicking, dribbling, and goalie skills. Children are taught to apply soccer skills successfully and confidently in soccer games. Each child will receive a Sportball soccer jersey and a ball.
Equipment needed: water bottle, attire for outdoor weather.
Please arrive early enough to ensure that class can start on time.

Vibe & Flow (Beach Yoga) Wednesday July 4 Summer 2024 (Outdoors)20 spots available
Join us for an enchanting Vibe and Flow Beach Yoga session next to the serene shores of lake Summerside. As the afternoon sun casts its golden glow over the water, immerse yourself in a harmonious blend of movement, breath, and nature’s beauty.
In this invigorating yet tranquil practice, we’ll synchronize our movements with the gentle lapping of the waves and the rustle of the breeze, flowing gracefully through a series of yoga poses designed to awaken the body and soothe the soul.
Guided by the rhythmic ebb and flow of the lake, we’ll cultivate a sense of presence and mindfulness as we move mindfully through each pose, allowing ourselves to surrender to the natural rhythm of the water and the elements around us.

Kyokushin Karate (ADULT) Summer 2024 Wednesdays (Outdoors)20 spots available
When followed truthfully and from the heart, Karate can become a lifestyle, which positively affects everything around us. You'll see an increase in self-confidence, coordination, ability to focus, general awareness, moderation, respect for others, and more appreciation for world values. Beginners simply learn, while the advanced polish their skills. Students need to purchase their uniforms online or from the instructor for about $50, but a uniform is not required to start. Personal protective equipment (helmet, shin protectors, and gloves) costs about $120 and is required starting with the second term. Occasionally, there might be additional costs for other equipment, belt gradings, or participation in related events (T-shirts, tournaments, inviting an advanced instructor, camps, etc). As applicable, students/parents must check with their doctor or medical clinic if medical conditions would prevent moderate to intense physical activities prior to attending classes and if allowed to participate, the instructor needs to be informed about any such medical conditions.
