Nutrition & Energy
Explore the power of nutrition during an interactive session. Participants will enjoy a delicious, energizing snack while learning how food fuels both the brain and body.
Fun & Empowering Fitness
Engage in a fun, energizing workout tailored to all fitness levels. This session teaches proper form and movement patterns, helping girls build physical confidence in their bodies.
Mindset & Social Skills
Our dedicated mindset talk will cover essential topics such as navigating friendship challenges, setting healthy boundaries with themselves and others, letting go of comparison, and understanding the importance of supporting and uplifting other girls.
Confidence Collage Project
Conclude the workshop by creating a personalized Confidence Collage. This word and imagery project will reflect each participant's unique strengths, values, and goals, serving as a creative, confidence-boosting keepsake to remind them that being fierce means embracing their authentic self.
Robotics -Age Group (Grades 1-8)
Grade (1,2,3) Students learn about simple and compound machines and how to power, control and code them while building moving LEGO models powered by motors and battery packs. This is great for learning new mechanical concepts, hand-eye coordination, and fine motor skills!
Grade (4,5,6) Students will learn robot navigation, mechanics and how robots react to the environment.
Game Development (Grade 3-9)
Minecraft Adventure - Using Minecraft Education students to plan, design, and build games. Within the Minecraft environment, students understand fundamental concepts like variables, conditional statements, and loops, laying the groundwork for future programming.
Scratch Coding - Students will create interactive stories, games, and animations.
Roblox - Students use the text-based programming language, Lua, to code games and learn programming concepts like scripts, variables, conditional statements, and functions

When followed truthfully and from the heart, Karate can become a lifestyle, which positively affects everything around us. You'll see an increase in self-confidence, coordination, ability to focus, general awareness, moderation, respect for others, and more appreciation for world values. Beginners simply learn, while the advanced polish their skills. Students need to purchase their uniforms online or from the instructor for about $50, but a uniform is not required to start. Personal protective equipment (helmet, shin protectors, and gloves) costs about $120 and is required starting with the second term. Occasionally, there might be additional costs for other equipment, belt gradings, or participation in related events (T-shirts, tournaments, inviting an advanced instructor, camps, etc). As applicable, students/parents must check with their doctor or medical clinic if medical conditions would prevent moderate to intense physical activities prior to attending classes and if allowed to participate, the instructor needs to be informed about any such medical conditions. Sportball soccer programs are not competitive, or skill-based and provide children with the opportunity to play soccer with the help of experienced coaches. This program focuses on the fundamental skills of soccer: throw–in, kicking, dribbling, and goalie skills. Children are taught to apply soccer skills successfully and confidently in soccer games. Each child will receive a Sportball soccer Jersey and a ball.

Sportball Multi-Sport skills development programs introduce preschool and primary school children to the concepts and skills involved in the core sports of the Sportball methodology. Classes are conducted once a week in one-hour sessions, using developmentally appropriate methods to introduce, practice, and refine gross motor skills. The programs reinforce the benefits of teamwork and skills development rather than the importance of winning, which enables children to gain confidence and develop the social skills necessary to succeed in sport and life. This class is appropriate for all levels!

Who is ready to learn the amazing game of Flag Football? Level Up Football camps provide and amazing week football fundamentals and fun. Our athletes will learn how to throw spiral, catch beautiful passes, run crips routes, become a lock down defender and even how to do some sweet touchdown dances. Each day we will teach new skills and play games that will elevate their game and increase their love for the beautiful game of flag football.

Aerobics is back! Bigger, Better, and HIGHer! Experience a modern twist on aerobics in a non-stop action-packed hour of cardio and toning tracks that will take your fitness to the next level. Adaptable to all levels of fitness, you can go high or you can go low but you will always leave feeling HIGH!

During this course, students will learn the basics of how to tell a story through the medium of comics and use their creative imagination in a comfortable and encouraging atmosphere with Tad Martindale! Topics covered will include character design, storytelling, building comic pages, pencil and inking skills, and much more! Sketchbook and pen included! For ages 8+ years old. All levels welcome - all you'll need is your creativity!
