This is a strength building program that will also include some HIIT and Pilates. It covers all aspects of physical wellbeing by working on building and toning muscle, improving cardiovascular endurance, while also working on core, mind-muscle connection and unilateral movements to target muscles and balance the body. It is the best of all worlds! This program is welcome to all fitness levels and will also provide options to turn it up and tone it down. My intention and hope is that you leave feeling recharged, peaceful and empowered!

Sportball Just the Game programs are perfect for kids 6 - 9 who want to play for the love of the game. Classes start off with warm-ups and quick skills refreshers before getting right into sport-specific gameplay. Coaches act as referees, teaching skills through league-style games and a few key drills. Each child will receive a Sportball soccer Jersey and a ball.
Equipment needed: water bottle, shoes, weather-appropriate attire

Sportball Geek Week 6–9yrs. Full Day
We at Sportball do not see the word Geek as a negative term. A Geek to us is someone who embraces their imagination, has the courage to explore the unknown and who is always ready to have a new adventure! Here are some of the Highlights of what will take place during Geek Week: Epic Theme Days, Crazy Science Experiments, Nerf Gun adventures, Team Challenges, Lego Building, Live Action Role Play and of course getting active by learning 9 different sports. Geek week is a great way for your child to get active, engage their imagination, make new friends and create memories that will last a lifetime.

Our Future MDs in training will explore the wonders of our eyes and ears and explore
the specialist careers in ophthalmology and otolaryngology as they create ear and eye
models. Students will also learn about x-rays, broken bones, how they are treated, and
the understand the roles of radiologists and orthopedic surgeons. Students will also
practice how to do a broken bone assessment and learn about splinting and taping. Our
future MDs will get an introduction on how to perform CPR as well as saving someone
who is choking with the Heimlich maneuver. They will also learn how the body gets
energy from food as well as understanding the link between body weight and disease.
Aerobics is back! Bigger, Better, and HIGHer! Experience a modern twist on aerobics in a non-stop action-packed hour of cardio and toning tracks that will take your fitness to the next level. Adaptable to all levels of fitness, you can go high or you can go low but you will always leave feeling HIGH!

Sportball soccer programs are not competitive, skill-based and provide children with the opportunity to play soccer with the help of experienced coaches. This program focuses on the fundamental skills of soccer: throw–in, kicking, dribbling and goalie skills. Children are taught to apply soccer skills successfully and confidently in soccer games. Each child will receive a Sportball soccer jersey and a ball.

Join Natasha Frost for a one-hour workshop focused on core strength, posture, and pelvic floor health. This session combines education and movement, where you’ll learn what the pelvic floor is, the muscles involved, and why they are essential for strength and stability. We’ll also cover breathing techniques to enhance core engagement and function, followed by a guided core workout to build stability, mobility, and strength.
This workshop is perfect for postpartum moms, moms who have had C-sections, women going through menopause, desk workers, weightlifters, and anyone struggling with lower back pain, poor posture, core weakness, or instability.
