Get your thinking hats on, you are introduced to the concepts of circuit design, building, and testing through various hands-on engineering activities. You will use the Engineering Design Process to design, create, test, and improve a variety of machines and mechanical systems. The young engineers will design, build, and test electric magnets and build their own operation game. The fun continues as they explore the concept of force, trajectory, and friction through designing and building hydraulic arms, launchers, marble runs, and more! In this camp, students will have an unforgettable awesome summer exploring the exciting field of medicine with a complete mini medical school experience aligned with STEM-based curriculum objectives through hands on interactive instruction, role play, crafts and games. Children will have so much fun as they dress up like doctors, use real medical instruments, discover how the body works, learn about our human vital organs and function, practice suturing stitches, learn about necessary life skills such as CPR and Heimlich Maneuver, understand how medications work, be a health advocate and more. Students also will be receiving their own real working stethoscope and lightweight white coats to keep, learn about new medical words and practice their surgery skills like a real surgeon.

Though at first glance you may see blowsy-rosy chinaware, a closer look reveals the highest levels of sauciness.
Bring your friends out, have a tarted-up teacup of wine (yours to take away!), and create some sassy chinaware suitable for table or wall. All fuse-able decals are food and dishwasher-safe. All materials are supplied.
Chinaware will be kiln-fired off-site at the end of the class and returned to the PHCC for pick-up within the following week.
Participants will only be allowed to register in 1 Grave Goods Event to ensure as many members as possible have the opportunity to participate. Class sizes are limited.
